The same order every car goes through in Bay 1. Each step has a free Academy guide and one bottle that does it properly.

Foam
Thick Snow Foam clings and softens road film, pulling grit off before anything touches the paint.

Wash
Two buckets, grit guards, pH-neutral Pure Wash. The mitt only ever touches the car clean.

Decon
Iron Out bleeds purple as it dissolves the brake dust and fallout that washing leaves behind.

Protect
Ceramic Shield: six months of tight beading, UV defence, and red dust that rinses straight off.

Most detailing brands never wash a car for money. We’re building one. The Powerhouse Car Wash — north-west Joburg, Cosmo City and Northgate side — will run on nothing but the bottles in this shop.
Like the oil companies that run their own pit crews, our bay is where the chemistry gets tested hardest: hundreds of cars, hard water, February hail, August dust. If a formula can’t take that, it doesn’t get a label.

Interior range
Clean enough for the car seat.
Plant-based, non-toxic formulas for every surface a toddler chews or a Labrador licks. No silicone glare on the dash, no chemical haze baking off the plastics at 40°C. Every claim is backed by the blender’s Safety Data Sheet.
Signature · Ozone
Smells don’t get masked. They get destroyed.
Smoke, wet dog, mould after a leaky sunroof season. Ozone reacts with odour molecules and spores and breaks them down — in the vents, the headliner, the carpet underlay. Book it in the bay or at home, or run your own with the generator we use.
Ozone safety: unoccupied spaces only — no people, pets or plants. Run on a timer, keep the space closed to dwell, then air out fully before use.

Straight answers
Are these really the products you use on customers’ cars?
Yes. Every product in the Powerhouse Car Wash and on the mobile units is on the shelf in this shop — same formula, same bottle. If it isn’t good enough for a paying customer’s car in our bay, we don’t sell it.
Is the interior range actually non-toxic?
The interior range uses plant-based, non-toxic formulas, and every claim is backed by the blender’s Safety Data Sheet. You can see ingredients and safety notes for each product on our Ingredients & Safety page, and request the full SDS.
How fast is delivery?
We ship nationwide with The Courier Guy — usually 1–2 working days in Gauteng and 2–4 elsewhere. Delivery is R99, free over R750. Click & collect and mobile-unit drop-off are free.
Where is the Powerhouse Car Wash?
Bay 1 is planned for north-west Johannesburg — we’re scouting the Cosmo City / Northgate area. Join the waitlist and vote for your suburb; Founding Members get first booking when we open.
