If we ask you to use something around your kids, your dog and your lungs, you should be able to see what it is. Here’s every formula, how to use it safely, and how we back our claims.
Our claims policy
We say “plant-based” and “non-toxic” — and we can prove it.
Products in our interior range are formulated with plant-derived surfactants and essential oils, and without ammonia, solvents or silicones. Every claim we make about them is backed by the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) issued by our South African blender, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
We don’t call a product “certified organic” unless it holds a recognised certification. Until then we use the accurate terms: plant-based, non-toxic formula. If a formula changes, this page changes with it.

Ingredients & safety notes
Wash
Water, plant-derived anionic & non-ionic surfactants, glycerin, preservative, fragrance.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not let dry on paint in direct sun.

Water, decyl glucoside (coconut/corn), sodium citrate, citric acid, rooibos extract, natural preservative.
Non-toxic. Keep away from eyes.

Ozone is harmful to breathe. Never run in an occupied space. Follow the timer, dwell and air-out times exactly. Not a medical device.

Never run with occupants or pets in the vehicle.
On requestKids & pets
- “Non-toxic” means safe in normal use — it doesn’t mean edible. Store every product out of reach.
- Let interior surfaces dry fully before car seats go back in or the dog jumps in.
- Exterior chemicals (iron remover, wheel cleaner) are not part of the plant-based range — keep pets away while you use them.
- Swallowed or in the eyes? Rinse with water and call the Poison Information Helpline on 0861 555 777.
Ozone
Ozone generators are powerful tools. Read the full protocol before your first treatment.
Ozone safety: unoccupied spaces only — no people, pets or plants. Run on a timer, keep the space closed to dwell, then air out fully before use. Ozone neutralises odours; it is not a medical treatment.
Disposal & water
- Our wash surfactants are biodegradable — but wash on grass or a permeable surface where you can, not into the storm drain.
- Rinse empty bottles and recycle them with your household plastics (HDPE 2 / PET 1).
- Trade customers: ask us about returning empty drums.
- Never pour concentrates down a drain neat; dilute as directed first.
