These terms apply to purchases from powerhousecs.co.za and to services from the Powerhouse Car Wash and Powerhouse Mobile, operated by Powerhouse Cleaning Solutions (“Powerhouse”, “we”), Johannesburg, Gauteng.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are in South African rand and include VAT. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund. Stock is allocated when payment is confirmed.

2. Payment

We accept PayFast, Yoco and manual EFT. EFT orders are held while we await payment and may be cancelled if payment doesn’t reflect within a reasonable time. We never store your card details.

3. Delivery & returns

See Delivery & collection and Returns. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

4. Product use

Use products as directed on the label and in our guides. Test on an inconspicuous area first, especially on older, resprayed or matte surfaces. Ozone generators must only be used in unoccupied spaces following the supplied safety protocol; we are not liable for harm from misuse. Our products and services make no medical claims.

5. Refill Club

Subscriptions give 10% off eligible products on each delivery. You can change the interval, skip or cancel at any time from your account with no fee. We may change subscription prices with at least 14 days’ notice.

6. Loyalty points

Points are earned on paid product orders and services, have no cash value, and can’t be transferred. 250 points can be exchanged for a free wash once the car wash is open, or redeemed against shop orders. Points earned on refunded orders are reversed. We may adjust the programme with reasonable notice; points already earned won’t be reduced.

7. Founding Member reservations & waitlists

A Founding Member reservation is a non-binding expression of interest. No payment is taken until we confirm the venue and opening date and you choose to buy. Prices and inclusions shown are indicative until then. Waitlist sign-ups don’t guarantee a service date.

8. Services

Service prices shown are indicative for a standard sedan or hatch and are confirmed before work starts. Please remove valuables. We inspect and note existing damage before we start; tell us about any respray, wrap or aftermarket finish.

9. Reviews & gallery

By submitting a review or photo you confirm it’s your own and genuine, and grant us a licence to display it on our site and social channels with your first name. We moderate submissions but don’t edit their meaning.
