On any eligible product page or in your cart, choose Subscribe & save 10% and pick a frequency.

Choose your rhythm
Every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. Weekly washer? Go 4. Monthly? 8 is about right for a 1L shampoo.

Skip or cancel any time
Away for December? Skip a delivery. Changed cars? Cancel. All from your account, no phone call, no exit survey.

Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel after one delivery if you like. There are no fees and no notice periods.
Can I change how often it comes?
Yes — switch between every 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks from your account at any time, or skip the next delivery when you’re away.
Will I know before it ships?
Yes. You get a reminder a few days before each delivery, with time to skip or change it. No surprise parcels.
Does delivery cost extra?
Normal delivery rules apply: free over R 750, free click & collect, or free drop-off from a mobile unit on your route.
Do I still earn loyalty points?
Yes. Refill orders earn points like any other shop order — on the discounted price.
